Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Lead
Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Lead with a pharmaceutical company located in Zug.
- Each lead will work with their own suppliers. Idea is to test some suppliers and then as they gain experience, they will consolidate them
- Rolling out EU strategy with suppliers - doing the same in Asia.
- Each architecture looks different - Asia is more 3rd party, e-commerce
- US and Europe - building out own platforms. Using Amazon and other similar platforms.
- Driving all digital marketing efforts, building a small team of their own
- Digital marketing road map, website, blogs, emails, social media strategy. Brand consistency side of things ie. Suggesting a middle ware for consistency, developing campaigns and budget, maintaining high levels of customer interaction, google analytics, forecasting, increasing market segmentation, increasing client satisfaction, motivating the team, monitoring competition
- Currently dealing with 60 ads per week - needs someone to take on this and build out the strategy
Skills and Requirements
- In depth marketing knowledge, be passionate about digital.
- Regional nuanced person who can bring knowledge and guidance on the roll out.
- Familiarity with WebDesign, some sort of long term degree in digital tech or marketing, relevant experience
- German and English for sure - French would be great but not a must
- Location - US - anywhere, Europe - would be CH or Germany. Moving the CH office in March/April time so they have more space. Working with Tori all the time and the next head of marketing for Europe so need to be close to them.
