Proclinical is seeking a Dermatology Medical Representative to join a dedicated team. This role will focus on achieving sales objectives within your territory by developing and implementing strategic business plans. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with partners to meet overall objectives and adapt plans based on market changes.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve brand sales objectives while managing territory budget and expenses.
- Develop and implement an annual territory business plan aligned with market insights and marketing strategies.
- Utilize data sources to create strategic territory action plans.
- Complete administrative tasks such as expense reports, marketing insights, and call reporting.
- Collaborate with alliance partners to achieve shared goals.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering value.
- Ability to conduct disease/concept selling effectively.
- Proficient in presenting ideas to various audiences.
- Capable of working independently under tight timelines.
- Experience with alliance partnerships.
- Knowledge in Dermatology and sales experience in Biologics.
- Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in Dermatology.
- Fluency in English is advantageous but not essential.
