Are you detail‑driven, customer‑focused, and ready to play a key role in global supply chain operations?
Proclinical is seeking a Customer Validation & Master Data Representative to support the Customer Account Supply Management team within Global Supply Chain operations. In this role, you will validate and maintain customer master data, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and deliver exceptional customer service for direct-to-pharmacy and direct account supply chains. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Validate new customer account requests and updates, ensuring records are accurately maintained in SAP according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Liaise with customers to gather missing information about accounts and trading arrangements.
- Manage and resolve internal and external queries promptly, collaborating with relevant teams such as Sales Order Management and Customer Excellence.
- Conduct periodic revalidation of customer segments and implement necessary updates.
- Perform regular checks to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and take appropriate action for overdue updates.
- Monitor daily account-data interfaces, identify errors, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate filing, archiving, and audit-ready records for account setups and amendments.
- Ensure timely processing of account updates and resolution of queries, adhering to SOP timeframes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in general IT tools, including Microsoft Office; SAP experience is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills, particularly in handling complex queries and complaints (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements is advantageous.
- GCSE or equivalent, including Maths and English.
