Proclinical are recruiting a Customer Success Manager - Germany for a consultancy establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Munich. The client is focused on curating, linking, and examining scientific know-how to divulge hidden networks that influence innovations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and initiate a pipeline of sales prospects.
  • Expect and initiate expansion of additional services and coverage levels by performing exhaustive requirement examinations and match these requirements to the suitable solutions.
  • You will source opportunities, educate and qualify leads to produce sales-prepared prospects.
  • Efficiently recognise, communicate and operate through client issues, and prospects.
  • Evolve and sustain day-to-day plans to maximise phone time, which involves pre-call planning, adhering to metrics and personalised scripts based on opportunity type.
  • The ideal candidate will adhere to the formed sales procedures and continuously utilise the CRM to report opportunity interaction, guaranteeing effective lead management.
  • You will attend/present at trade shows, events and conferences.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a science, business, communications, or similar discipline.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in selling solutions to intellectual property divisions of businesses.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales which involves lead production, sales both in and out, business development and client services.
  • Exhibited the ability to exceed sales objectives and location/account development.
  • Familiarity with leveraging LinkedIn and any other opportunistic tools.
  • Prior involvement in selling science linked solutions and/or information/intellectual property.
  • Capable of articulating organisation-specific value proposition to acknowledge client pain points.
  • At least 2 years of experience with CRM and prospect management systems, ideally with salesforce.com.
  • Acquaintance with virtual selling tools, for example: GoToMeeting, Web-ex and any other similar tools.
