Proclinical is seeking to hire a Customer Service Specialist whose primary objective is to ensure that the company provides in-time delivery of the treatment prescribed by the clinician to the patient and has adequate operational capabilities to respond to growing demand for products, services and information. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Prague.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the units and documents for delivery to the patients.
  • Support DTP operations provided in-house in facility by the company's medical consultants.
  • Support OTC operations.
  • DTP communication, responsive & proactive.
  • In-time prepaid, invoiced and shipped parcels and documents for patients.
  • Patient pleased by the quality of communication and delivered service.
  • Accurately prepare documents and units for the hand over to patients.
  • Accurately record information in the system of all conducted moves of goods and required patient information.
  • Inventory, appropriate inventory levels, control over appropriate record of inflow and outflow of SKUs; inventory check.
  • Accurately and properly store, record and report accounting documents related to above mentioned operations and exchange of reports and documents with external accounting company.
  • Cooperation with external accounting company in correcting or clarification of ambiguities in the report.
  • Office supplies, support interactions with suppliers (ordering, invoice checking).
  • Collection and reporting of accounting documents from the team for the book close at and of booking period.
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must maintain high-level of accuracy.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Business fluent Czech and English skills
  • IT skills in using Microsoft Office, major ERP and CRM systems
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Experience within the medical Industry or Healthcare environment.
  • Accuracy and thoroughness
  • Communication skills enabling efficient cooperation and communication in the team and with customers
  • Self-organized, thorough, with sense for a detail and for high quality of the work
  • Patient and calm in stressing situations or with counterpart difficult to communicate
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, result focused
