CRA II / Senior CRA - Single Sponsor

Proclinical is seeking multiple CRAs to join a reputable Clinical Research Organisation in Germany. The successful candidate will work as part of a vast team and a fast-paced environment alongside a dedicated team to select, initiate and close-out investigational sites for clinical studies in phases I - IV, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and principles of ICH-GCP.

Responsibilities:

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution
• Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Key Skills and Requirements:

• University degree in scientific discipline or health care
• Proven working history of on-site monitoring experience
• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements
• Very good computer skills including MS Office
• Excellent command of German and English language.
• Organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
• Flexibility to travel
• Driver's license class B
