CRA, Bulgaria

Proclinical are recruiting for a CRA, Bulgaria to join a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

• Perform qualification, initiation, oversight and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with the approved protocol and local guidelines across numerous therapeutic areas.
• Discuss with medical site personnel which may involve coordinators and clinical research physicians.
• You will verify adequate investigator qualifications, training and resources, facilities, labs, equipment and personnel.
• Responsible for source documentation verification against case report from data, which involves notifying the site personnel of any entry errors, guaranteeing that GDPs are adhered to and discuss protocol deviations suitably per SOPs, GCP and suitable regulatory needs.
• The ideal candidate will verify and evaluate adverse events, concomitant medications and equivalent diseases to conform precise data reporting rendering to the protocol.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• At least 18 months of experience with local on-site oversight.
• Willing to travel for business needs up to 60-80% of the time.
• Educated to a degree level in a life science field.
• Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in both the Bulgarian and English language.
