Proclinical are recruiting a Contract Specialist, Czechia for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Czechia. The client is focused on quickening the international development of safe and efficient medical remedies.

Responsibilities:

Offer suggestions and alternative solutions throughout deliberations using formed escalation channels.
You will keep updated on suitable local guidelines influencing clinical trial contracts.
Work alongside internal functional divisions to guarantee numerous site start-up actions are in line with contractual procedure and mutually approved timelines.
The ideal candidate will draft, evaluate, deliberate and finalise agreements, termination letters and any other legal documents needed for a clinical study.
Deliberate within client agreed contract and budget templates and deliberation parameters.
Responsible for recognising and examining legal, financial and operational risks and raise them to the suitable contract lead or contract manager.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a law or scientific discipline.
At least 1 year of work experience in a pertinent role.
Past involvement in contract deliberation would be beneficial but not necessary to the role.
A high attention to detail.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in both the Czech and English languages.
