A worldwide pharmaceutical company situated in Basel and operating in over 70 markets worldwide is looking for a Consultant in Data Migration.

Job Responsibilities

Act as Subject Matter expert the key role will be to assign correct document Artifacts and document Attributes for Submission relevant Clinical R&D documents
Collaborate with external vendor and internal functions to
o build, expand and automate the migration approach for R&D documents from Source to Target System
o build, expand and automate the Attribute Extraction Approach to determine mandatory document properties
Coordinate & oversee processes supporting extraction and migration activities by
o Developing decision flows for correct Artifact identification
o Coordinating and participating in Test Activities
Engage with stakeholders in the organization to align on migration requirements, migration approach and missing or erroneous information in source system
Support Digital ambitions and gain insights on AI projects

Skills and Requirements

Changing the document management project (moving from a Legacy system to Open Documental)
Master file document to migrate and drug safety process
Label documents (drug safety submissions, clinical amendments)
Support the migration process identifying the right type of documents
Submission and safety documents (deep experience) to help with the migration
Experience with clinical documents in Submission and Safety documents
