Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative Construction Manager to join a vast team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a significant impact within the Life Science industry. As a Construction Manager, the succesful candidate will play a crucial role in the execution of the Site Master Plan.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction process for buildings and infrastructure from a client perspective.
- Provide direction to Construction Management firms, General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams, architects, and suppliers.
- Manage resources, scope, work schedules, and construction phasing and sequencing.
- Monitor building progress and costs, ensuring quality in deliveries and workmanship.
- Maintain and promote a safe site environment.
- Support technical discussions, changes, and construction methods.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Civil engineering or comparable qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English.
