Proclinical is seeking a Compliance QA Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) and quality assurance (QA) activities. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with local Swiss Establishment License requirements and involves working within a global scope.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily QMS activities, including managing quality master data and supporting integration activities.
  • Write, review, and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Implement and manage change controls, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records as required by QMS elements.
  • Support compliance activities related to global trading of products, ensuring adherence to quality management systems.
  • Handle customer complaints, approve suppliers and customers, and conduct self-inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with national laws for specific products.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Scientific degree with strong knowledge of global GDP regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in distribution, warehousing, and transportation or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems and data migration/integration.
  • Ability to collaborate globally and cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to make regulatory compliance decisions.
  • Experience interacting with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Understanding of industry legislation and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of Swiss healthcare legislation and GXP regulations.
  • Ability to work in multi-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-oriented mindset.
