Proclinical is seeking an innovative Manager for Clinical Supply Implementation (SAP). This role is integral to the company's mission of protecting people from cardiovascular disease and innovating novel therapies for cancer patients. The successful candidate will be an expert in Clinical Supply Operations and will contribute this knowledge to the global implementation of SAP S4 HANA.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Clinical Supply Operations processes.
  • Collaborate with global project team members and external partners.
  • Concentrate on Clinical Supply Operations and Pharmaceutical Development.
  • Work with the IT department for concept development and project coordination.
  • Maintain expertise in relevant IT regulations to ensure all work is in line with regulations and qualifications are up to date.
  • Work alongside other functions to understand processes that affect Clinical Supply Systems.
  • Gather user requirements and align them with all stakeholders.
  • Participate in the "Design and Build" phase and provide input from Clinical Supply Operations for system configuration.
  • Conduct system integration testing within the existing IT environment.
  • Test the system and compare it with requirements during "User Acceptance Testing".
  • Create work instructions.
  • Train employees and act as a contact person during implementation.
  • Implement the system into regular operations.
  • Ensure regulatory GxP compliance.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a comparable field.
  • Knowledge of Clinical Supply Operations.
  • Experience in system conversions in the area of Clinical Supply Operations is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Interest in IT technology (SAP, RPA, AI, Chat GPT).
  • Interest in overarching processes (E2E processes, overall interrelationships).
  • Ability to present complex issues in a simple manner.
  • Careful and precise way of working.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities, requirements, and conditions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of GxP requirements.
  • Knowledge of specific IMP requirements, operational processes, and quality control.
