Our Client is focused on improving diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and illnesses through personalized, proactive, predictive, and precise technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clinical study progress at research sites and monitor their progress.
It is your responsibility to ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported according to the protocol, Standard Operating Procedures, ICH-GCP, and all other applicable regulations and standards.
You will coordinate all necessary activities for setting up and monitoring a study, such as identifying investigators.
Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions, conduct pre-study and initiation visits, etc.
Manage appropriately sized clinical trials, and support Project Managers who are responsible for larger trials.
Assist junior staff members with training and mentoring.
In addition to interacting with clients and initiating payments, you will participate in proposal activities, including developing proposals and presenting them to clients.
Key Skills and Requirements:
An undergraduate degree with a concentration in science or healthcare, or equivalent experience
Experience with CRAs in the pharmaceutical or CRO industries;
A demonstrated track record as a CRA II or Senior CRA
Understanding the management of finances is essential.
Extensive experience working in the field of oncology
The ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language of the country where the position is based, if not English.
Domestic travel may account for approximately 50%-60% of travel commitments (international travel may be required for some senior level positions).
