A vacancy has arisen for a Clinical Project Management Associate with an internationally renowned pharmaceutical company, based in their California office. This organization is known for its solid commercial portfolio of life-saving drugs within a number of therapy areas, along with a growing pipeline of investigational drugs and an unmatched patient access program. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical organization and support their innovative impact on the healthcare field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed timelines for planning, coordinating, and executing early phase clinical activities and essential regulatory submissions in support of clinical activities.
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationship with colleagues within and outside the department.
  • Scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and facilitating monthly team meetings for all therapeutic area teams within Clinical Pharmacology.
  • Working with functional area leads to ensure that protocol synopses are prepared in line with ICH requirements, other local, or regional regulatory requirements, as applicable.
  • Tracking and prioritizing internal governance commitments for programs transitioning from research to development and ensuring governance meeting commitments are fulfilled in accordance with applicable requirements and deadlines.
  • Performing additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
