Business Admin B/Financial Analyst - Contract - Philadelphia, PA.

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and analytical individual for the role of Business Admin B/ Financial Analyst for a temporary contract position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves providing administrative and financial support, developing workflow tools, and consolidating processes for efficient reporting. The ideal candidate will have a knack for explaining financial variances and a keen eye for financial trends.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Hyperion Planning/Smartview
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work schedule

The Business Admin B/Financial Analyst's responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement workflow tools
• Track commitments using Smartsheet
• Manage the budget process, including collection of budget templates/dashboards, maintaining shared drives, and consolidation of budget materials for meetings
• Act as a liaison between various departments for creating new gift and endowment funds
• Maintain financial queries and Smartsheet forms as a central resource for administrators
• Analyze financial trends to prepare, input, and reconcile budget submissions
• Perform additional duties as needed
