Biostatistician II

Proclinical is seeking an experienced individual to join a dedicated Biostatistics team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a difference to the future of clinical development. The successful candidate will be accountable for performing various relevant tasks on assigned studies of moderate difficulty, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the statistical aspects of case report form design.
• Prepare statistical analysis plans, including the definition of derived data, and the design of statistical tables, figures, and data listings for clinical summary reports.
• Perform statistical analyses and interpret data.
• Report results and write the statistical methods sections of integrated study reports.
• Provide input on protocols such as study design, sample size calculations, and patient randomization schemes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in statistics.
• Experience in statistics, biostatistics or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs, and statistical analysis conventions in one or more therapeutic areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with clinical trials methodology, regulatory requirements, statistics, and statistical software packages.
• Proficient programming skills in SAS.
• Ability to translate clients' needs into statistical practice and educate clients in the use of statistics.
• Good interpersonal and project management skills.
• Competent computer skills.
