Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Protein Purification Biologist with a biopharmaceutical company located in Worcester, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

Support biologics discovery
Molecular cloning to generate plasmids, producing proteins from those plasmids, followed by purification and analysis of the resulting proteins with experience in at least one of those areas and be eager to learn the others.

Skills and Requirements:

Molecular cloning into plasmids
Plasmid DNA isolation
Cell culture
Flow cytometry
Protein characterization
Liquid handling and laboratory automation experience preferred
Biophysical characterization experience preferred
Experience analyzing DNA sequences preferred
