Proclinical are recruiting for a Biochemistry Integration Scientist to join a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Oxford.
Responsibilities:
- You will plan and run experiments and wider studies.
- Responsible for carrying out exhaustive data analysis and performance review.
- Report discoveries in a clear and timely manner.
- Support the design and execution of integration methods.
- Work alongside associates across R&D to accomplish results.
- Display results in a clear and concise manner.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to an advanced degree level in a biochemistry, molecular biology or similar fields.
- An enthusiastic individual with a creative approach to resolving issues.
- Familiarity within the development of biochemical assays with a high attention to detail.
- Works well both independently as well as with others in a team.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with DNA sequencing and lab-on-a-chip technologies would be ideal.
- Acquaintance with industry/post-doctoral work would be preferable.
- A motivated and driven individual to accomplish results.
