Proclinical is currently recruiting for an Associate Scientist of Analytical Chemistry with a biotechnology company located in Cambridge, MA. Successful candidate will work on analysis of forced degradation samples of therapeutics monoclonal antibodies, by using AKTA protein purification system for fraction collection, in combination with their advanced analytical characterization using spectroscopy, liquid chromatography, electrophoresis and mass spectrometry methods.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on analysis of forced degradation samples of therapeutics monoclonal antibodies.
Use AKTA protein purification system for fraction collection, in combination with their advanced analytical characterization using spectroscopy, liquid chromatography, electrophoresis and mass spectrometry methods.

Skills and Requirements:

Experience in protein analytics and chromatographic methods, such as reversed-phase and size exclusion chromatography.
Familiar with biological mass spectrometry of biologics is desired.
