Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and organised Associate Product Specialist to join a Support Centre. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things in order and ensuring the Application Specialists can support customers effectively and efficiently. This role is pivotal in providing stability to the day-to-day running of the department during a period of rapid changes in the diagnostics industry.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team
Organise casework and handle small logistic tasks.
Engage with teams to support their administrative requirements.
Organise deliveries through an online portal with the company's chosen courier provider.
Assist specialists directly with their administrative duties such as case creation and allocation.
