Proclinical are recruiting for an Associate Director Market Access to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Munich.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for both planning and executing market access method for the company's current portfolio and prepare for new launches.
Supervise the external setting, customers, and competitors to comprehend market conditions and recognise prospects to improve value capture.
Work alongside policy colleagues and agencies to assist with accomplishing a STIKO differentiated suggestion for the company portfolio.
Guarantee compliance with all internal and external policies, processes, and guidelines, such as code of practice, financial procedures, etc.
Recognise any legislation alterations that can have an influence on price and reimbursement as well as on access in general.
Offer routine updates on the changing market access landscape, or new guidelines that can affect access keeping the cross-functional team notified.
Arrange market access meetings with medical affairs, guaranteeing key messages and methods are always considering the latest stand of the portfolio evidence generation.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a business, health policy, health economics, life sciences or healthcare field.
Demonstrable experience working in a pharmaceutical organisation which involves market access, brand/speciality channel marketing and account management.
Expertise in the German Healthcare system, pertinent legal, compliance and regulatory needs.
Fluency in both German and English.
German driving license.
Willing to travel both locally and globally for business needs.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Capable of engaging with shareholders of any level.
Works well with others.
A self-starter with a sense of urgency and is customer focused.
