Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director/Director for US Medical Affairs in Hematology. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to medical strategy and lead impactful initiatives within the hematology-oncology space.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping integrated medical plans, driving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting evidence generation activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, or equivalent) with a focus on oncology; PhD in Sciences preferred.
- Experience in Medical Affairs, particularly within a headquarters function.
- Familiarity with clinical trial methodology and evidence generation, including real-world evidence (RWE).
- Proven ability to deliver country or global Medical Affairs plans.
The Associate Director/ Director's responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute comprehensive medical plans across the hematology disease area.
- Lead strategic Medical Affairs projects and cross-functional working groups.
- Translate field insights into actionable medical tactics and strategies.
- Support Medical Team activities, including quarterly medical plan reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to evidence generation efforts and align them with broader medical strategies.
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
