Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual for the role of Associate Director for Audit Management. This role is focusing on conducting various types of audits including Good Clinical Practice, Good Laboratory Practices, Good Pharmacovigilance Practice and Information Technology audits. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all clinical trials meet the highest scientific and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring audit objectives and scope align with the audit strategy.
- Coordinating and overseeing audits performed by contracted auditors.
- Ensuring audit documentation is completed according to procedures and established timelines.
- Acting as a liaison to internal stakeholders through all phases of the audit.
- Supporting the development of a robust Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) Plan and approving the CAPA plan.
- Tracking CAPA and effectiveness checks to completion.
- Managing direct reports and/or relationships with audit vendors.
- Monitoring and analysing trends in audit observations.
- Coordinating/management/support of health authority inspections.
- Leading audit management continuous improvement efforts.
- Traveling up to 10% of the time.
- Acting as a technical resource/expert for a particular GxP topic.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- An advanced degree in Life Sciences is preferred, an academic degree is also an advantage.
- Previous working experience in managing people and projects.
- Extensive audit skills from working previously with GxP.
- Expertise in quality audit methodology.
- Excellent understanding of Clinical Development activities.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel (at least 10% of the time).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
