Assistant Site Manager - Permanent - Fort Colins, CO

Proclinical is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the effective management of day-to-day clinical site activities. This role focuses on optimizing site performance, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations, and fostering strong relationships with investigators and staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational success, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to participant satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret scientific language and generalize information effectively.
  • Leadership skills with experience in supervising or managing teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, and sponsor interactions.
  • College or specialized degree preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds and commute between multiple locations.
  • Availability to travel as needed (up to 20%).

The Assistant Site Manager's responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in protocol review, feasibility processes, and study selection to maximize enrollment success.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan site staffing, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and managing site staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor site quality and performance, implementing solutions to address challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with investigators and ensure adequate coverage for site visits.
  • Oversee site quality control processes and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Support study-specific training, regulatory duties, and recruitment efforts.
  • Manage study supplies, laboratory procedures, and data queries efficiently.
  • Ensure study closeout activities are completed accurately and on time.

Compensation:

  • $90 000.00 - $100 000.00 Per Annum
