An international medical devices organisation is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Project Management to their office in Singapore. This organisation provides ophthalmologists with high-quality intraocular lenses for use in the treatment of cataracts. This vacancy is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading establishment that has been at the forefront of ophthalmic innovation for the past 25 years.

Job Responsibilities:

Driving strategic projects for Supply Chain (end-2-end scope).
Develops and manages the project portfolio of Global Supply Chain through sound project management and Lean methods.
Champions the advancement and use of Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management through engaging with all parties in end-2-end Supply Chain Management.
Build fundamental relationships with operational and finance leaders to ensure/develop a best in-class supply chain accounting/finance infrastructure that supports client growth.

Skills and Requirements:

A degree in a relevant subject.
Demonstrable experience in a similar field and/or capacity.
Knowledge of ophthalmic medical procedures.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
