Cell Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Onsite

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Cell Manufacturing Associate to join a cutting-edge biotech company. This is a contract role located in Philadelphia, PA.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum A.S. degree in biology, chemistry, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
1+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical-based GMP manufacturing operations
1+ years of experience performing mammalian cell culture
A background in cell culture, aseptic gowning and qualification, and/or ISO class 7 cleanroom operations is required.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of aseptic processing in cleanroom environments

The Cell Manufacturing Associate will:

Follow compliance and regulatory requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and understands 'why' behind the regulations. Able to coach and mentor others to do the same
Identify communicate, address and improve complex cGMP compliance and regulatory gaps and issues
Follow, execute, author, and improve the efficiency and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records (BRs)
Train others on SOPs, equipment, all unit operations and non-manufacturing SOPs and systems
Responsible for the manufacturing of Master and Working Cell Banks and performing activities within production facilities to support manufacture of Cell & Gene Therapy products, and final product fills according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

Compensation:

$27 hourly
