An exciting opportunity has arisen an Artwork and Packaging International Director. You will responsible for the critical aspect of the packaging presented to both patients and partners. You will also be expected to collaborate with Supply Chain department to develop artwork designs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the artwork design and development for the company's packaging covering both finished goods
  • Manage and be accountable for the artwork and packaging function within the company
  • Assess and monitor different market packaging requirements for Clover's product portfolio in conjunction with other functions with due regard to all local regulatory and other mandatory needs
  • Develop the artwork associated with the product packaging according to agreed designs
  • Ensure that the artwork continues to meet market requirements and amend as applicable
  • Evaluate, develop and arrange suitable product packaging supply in conjunction with Procurement
  • Maintain suitable electronic records of artwork on file including all updates
  • Liaise with other markets re artwork requirements as applicable to ensure consistency of product presentation
  • To work closely with Validation team, Commercial team and Quality team, and support packaging validation plans as applicable
  • Establish, develop and maintain shipper packaging solutions(s) to meet Clover's logistics requirements, covering all associated temperature regimes including cold chain
  • Oversee other packaging initiatives for local China market and provide input as applicable
  • Establish best practice cross functional solutions for product launches including support mechanisms and documentation
  • Lead SC and/or support cross functional projects e.g. product launches, new market entry etc.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above Advance certification in project management desirable
  • Preferred Experience and Knowledge (number of years, type of experience)
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in above function in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device industries covering both clinical and finished goods
  • Knowledge of packaging suppliers and have significant vendor management experience
  • Demonstrable expertise in international product launches and associated developments
  • Demonstrable international project management experience
  • Familiar with SAP
  • Experience in start-up environments
  • Effective communication skills and soft skills essential
  • Data analysis and root cause analysis skill
  • Skilled in digital artwork development packages and tools such as Visio
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, other languages a bonus
