Proclinical is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work a 12 month contract.
Please note the successful candidates MUST have professional levels of both German and English.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support of the project manager and the project team
- On-boarding of new project team members incl. introduction and installation of IT
- Document management in Sharepoint
- Visitor registration management
- Organization of meetings and conference rooms
- Organisation von Events & Catering
- Creation of presentations, communications, lists, etc
- Creation of purchase requisitions and IW orders in SAP & Ariba
- Control of invoices in the Unifier
- Control and management of hourly reports
Experience:
- Completed apprenticeship or university degree - ideally in the commercial sector
- Very good German & English skills, other languages are an advantage
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- IT Affinity
- Strong and resilient personality, flexible mindset
- Initiative and independent work
- Good communication skills and quick comprehension
- Place of work 100% on-site in Visp
