What are executive level jobs?
Executive jobs describe any highly senior positions found in senior management, executive management and upper management. Common job titles include Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vice President (VP) senior project managers and other C-suite and executive titles.
These individuals usually make up the highest tier of management at a company and have much more responsibility and autonomy than other senior employees. They are responsible for initiating strategy and vision for their specific area/region/part of the business, and usually have authority over a large number of employees.
Common executive jobs that ProClinical recruit for include:
- VP/Head of Clinical Operations
- (Senior) Director & VP of Quality Assurance/Compliance
- Director/VP of Medical Affairs
- Senior/ Director & VP of Regulatory Affairs
- Global Senior Project Management
When a position is particularly senior or niche, sourcing the necessary talent requires reaching out to the global marketplace to find talented individuals who are in high demand and not actively looking for a move. These assignments require substantially more time and research costs than under contingency recruitment and require a proportion of the fee to be paid upfront to enable investment into the necessary resources.
Our dedicated ProClinical Executive Search arm calls upon our technical understanding, global infrastructure and candidate networks to install high-quality leadership and build executive teams that can break boundaries for our clients.
