Proclinical are recruiting for a Value Access Policy Manage to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for sizing and expecting the impact of the new adjustments of our health system, so that possible negative impacts for the company are minimized.
Form the access requirements by brand to outline the priorities of future pipeline.
Arrange the implementation of the national method and strategies to ensure access to the products at the national level such as value dossier, economic models, etc.
Provide the business a thorough vision of the national health system, recognising the various shareholder and their requirements.
Suggest, develop and accomplish the access plans for optimal access to the drug.
The ideal candidate will plan yearly market access methods by product, giving active contributions throughout the brand plan process.
Recognise actions of the competition or the healthcare setting that might favour/delay patient access to products.
Work alongside others to develop the business's local pricing and rebate method which involves developing possible novel deals.
Contribute to meetings with central/regional administration and in the assistance of regional teams with shareholders that need it.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level ideally in a health science or economics field, a similar qualification or demonstrable work experience.
Familiarity in a similar role.
Fluency in the English language.
Willing to travel for business needs.
Educated at a post-grad level within pharmacoeconomics, clinical management, public health and health administrations would be preferable.
Acquaintance within similar fields such as sales, key account management, medical affairs, marketing or similar would be ideal.
Previous involvement in a company's priority therapeutic areas, which involves rare diseases is desirable.
