Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Training and Development Content Manager with a pharmaceutical company located in Princeton, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop professional education plans for each user group (residents, fellows, early and mid-career surgeons) in the US
Focus on partnering to create learning modules + content
Develop and communicate content metrics indicating customer and learner engagement.
Create and build new curriculum to meet user needs, leveraging virtual education tools to maximize engagement and attendance.

Skills and Requirements:

Minimum of BS is required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience is required.
3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Professional Education within medical devices preferred.
