Trade Operations Specialist - Contract - Sleepy Hollow, NY

Proclinical is seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team in NY, US. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless movement of products through the supply chain to support global access for healthcare providers and patients. This is an onsite role requiring presence in the office four days a week.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, oversee return and replacement processes, monitor inventory and shipments, and maintain high standards of accuracy and responsiveness.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executive leaders and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
- Bachelor's degree required.
The Trade Operations Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Support daily distribution operations, including budget tracking, product inventory management, package shipment and tracking, and monitoring electronic data interchange (EDI) and diversion activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, resolving issues such as damaged or delayed deliveries.
- Manage return and replacement processes, including reconciliation and reporting for the Return-Replacement Program.
- Conduct direct outreach to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders regarding return requests, product inquiries, or complaints.
- Provide project management support for distribution-related initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining proper documentation and adhering to work instructions.
- Oversee document control for the departmental SharePoint site to centralize and organize records.
Compensation:
- $35.00 - $42.00 Per Hour
