Proclinical is seeking a Regional Business Manager to join a dynamic team focused on advanced surgical technologies. In this role, you will drive sales growth across Northern England by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting clinical teams, and implementing strategic sales plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the medical device sector while contributing to improved patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory targets.
- Identify and engage new customers, contacts, and business opportunities.
- Expand penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the base business.
- Collaborate with the Area Director to align with corporate sales goals.
- Share industry trends and insights with the marketing team and provide feedback.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events as required.
- Manage territory activities and maintain accurate customer activity records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare system access requirements.
- Provide training and support to surgeons and their staff during procedures and follow-up care.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Knowledge and sales experience related to cardiac surgical ablation systems preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to travel 50-80% depending on territory needs.
- Fluency in English.
