Team Leader IT Infrastructure & Helpdesk

Proclinical is currently working alongside a Medical Device company seeking a dedicated Team Leader for IT Infrastructure & Helpdesk to join their team. In this role, you will ensure smooth and timely support for users and maintain the readiness of the IT system landscape. This position focuses on optimizing processes, supporting escalations, and overseeing various IT projects.

What to expect:

• As a team leader, you create process-compliant processes for your 8-person IT team and constantly optimize them to ensure smooth and timely support for users and readiness of the IT system landscape
• In escalation cases, you support your employees in 2nd and 3rd level support
• You will lead or oversee the execution of all IT projects such as MDM, file server migration, migration to M365, MFA, network segmentation as well as network monitoring and various make or buy decisions
• To protect the IT infrastructure of our headquarters as well as our foreign locations, you will actively promote the further development of IT infrastructure and IT cybersecurity strategies and concepts

What you bring to the table:

• You have many years of experience as a specialist in the field of IT infrastructure and have been able to acquire in-depth knowledge of Microsoft servers, M365, Exchange and software distribution during this time
• You have already dealt intensively with the topics of IT security and the use of AI in companies
• By leading IT projects and also small IT teams, you were able to demonstrate your professional leadership skills
• You are used to communicating with service partners and international colleagues in German and English
