Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and strategic individual to join our team as the Team Lead in Medical Systems. This role is within our IT Department and will report to the Head of Operations IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic application management for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ensuring alignment with business objectives.


  • Develop and maintain a strategy for MES applications that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various business units to prioritize requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of MES, from planning to improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with IT service management processes.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve set objectives.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing MES applications and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
