Talent Acquisiton Specialist IV - Contract - Petersburg, VA

Proclinical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV to join our client's team in Petersburg, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on recruiting top talent within the diabetes and pharmaceutical industries. You will play a crucial role in building a robust candidate pool for both current and future job openings.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong ability to attract and assess top talent.
Experience in managing applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze and report recruiting metrics.
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.

The Talent Acquisiton Specialist IV's responsibilities will be:

Focus on recruitment within the business sector as assigned.
Attract and develop a pool of qualified candidates.
Conduct prescreening of candidates.
Collaborate with team members to create effective sourcing strategies.
Manage open job requisitions and update the Success Factors ATS.
Achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.
Compile and share industry knowledge, overviews, and market trends with team members and business leaders.
