Proclinical is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a pharmaceutical company located in Plainsboro, NJ. Successful candidate will have held recent position focused on Recruiting, Sourcing or candidate screening as a speciality.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive potential candidates from lead Recruiter to phone interview.
Conduct light sourcing of the applicant tracking system and assigned requisitions in order to identify potential for phone screen.
Conduct detailed phone screens with overall recommendations/summaries.
Completes phone screen form in the applicant tracking system and pass details onto the recruiter for final review/discussion.
Adhere to the identified recruitment process. Ensure that recruiters are continuously updated on status of openings.
Ensure Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs.

Skills and Requirements:

BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of HR-related experience, with some of that experience being in Talent Acquisition.
Recent corporate Pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods experience is required, and not simply through agency support.
Proven recent experience utilizing competency-based, behavioural interviewing experience a plus.
AIRS certification a plus.
Corporate Pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods corporate experience required.
Applicant tracking experience required. Experience with Kenexa and/or SuccessFactors a plus.
Demonstrated experience in an environment of multiple and changing priorities.
Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal/state legislation.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
