Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a biopharmaceutical company located in Cambridge, MA. Successful candidate will play a key component in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting initiatives and HR functions. They will provide support for sourcing, onboarding and general administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinating phone screens and in-person interviews with the HR team as well as individual hiring managers
Monitor candidates during onsite interviews maintaining a strong level of professionalism
Posting positions to all job boards and online platforms
Handling all onboarding paperwork including background checks and non-disclosure agreements.
Managing the background check initiation process and track status of all screenings
Supporting the Talent Acquisition/HR team in all administrative functions
Managing all applicant tracking in an Application Tracking System (ATS)
