Talent Acquisitions Screener - Contract - Remote

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Screener. This is a remote contract position.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is ideal for someone who has a background in Recruiting, Sourcing, or candidate screening. The successful candidate will partner with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for high-volume positions across multiple business units.

Skills & Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience working in the pharmaceutical/consumer goods industry or similar.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to learn and utilize an applicant tracking system.
Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state legislation.
Ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment tools and processes.

The TA Screener will:

Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for various business units including Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Clinical Trial Operations, and Field Medical Affairs.
Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify a short-list to share with the Lead Recruiter.
Conduct detailed phone screens and provide summaries and overall recommendations to the Lead Recruiter.
Upload phone screen documents into the candidate profile in the ATS.
Adhere to the identified recruitment process and continuously update recruiters on the status of openings.
Ensure Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs.
