TA Screener II - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ
Proclinical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the role of TA Screener II.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to support high-volume recruitment efforts across various business units. This role focuses on phone screening and candidate evaluation, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years working eExperience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
The TA Screener II's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to support phone screening for positions in Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Clinical Trial Operations, and Field Medical Affairs.
- Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create a shortlist for Lead Recruiter review.
- Conduct detailed phone screens and provide summaries and recommendations to the Lead Recruiter.
