Proclinical are recruiting for a Systems Test Engineering & Sales Lead to join a digital health organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zug.

Responsibilities:

Manage the newly founded business unit with around 6 members of staff.
You will acquire new projects with German clients.
Accountable for recruitment, management and promotion of personnel.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Demonstrable experience within project management/execution of project in the field of test systems/automation engineering.
A background in Systems Technology, electrical or mechanical engineering.
Familiarity with Labview, C# or any other programming languages.
Previous involvement with sales and acquisition.
Fluency in both the German and English language.
