Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Support Services Associate. This is a contract position based in Philadelphia.
The successful candidate will be involved in the production of Master and Working Cell Banks, contributing to the manufacture of Cell & Gene Therapy products and final product fills in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Responsibilities:
- Perform various cleaning methods, including equipment wiping techniques and floor mopping
- Operate, maintain, and clean equipment
- Prepare cleaning/sanitization solutions and materials
- Receive and organize gowning and cleaning materials
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, including current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in documenting technical events such as non-conforming events and deviations
- Follow proper cleaning/disinfecting schedules
- Assist supervision with internal pre-audit walkthroughs, CGMP housekeeping, and general organization and upkeep of manufacturing spaces
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Experience in equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with standard cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to participate in internal audits and document non-conforming events
