Join this dynamic pharmaceutical company as a Supply Planner and play a key role in ensuring life-saving medicines reach patients on time, every time!

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Supply Planner who will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless availability of products, preventing stock shortages, and maintaining strong relationships with commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficient operation of our supply chain and ultimately make a difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate product replenishments to distribution centers and third-party partners.
  • Keep commercial teams informed about stock positions to support sales campaigns.
  • Monitor stock levels to minimize write-offs and initiate redistribution when necessary.
  • Manage supplier relationships to establish strong partnerships.
  • Organize and monitor shipments, including customs documentation and quality release.
  • Conduct planning across multiple sites and markets to meet demand.
  • Analyse market forecasts and address deviations.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to define annual quantities and deliver forecasts.
  • Ensure timely and secure movement of products through the supply chain.
  • Verify quality documents for goods receipt and post receipts in SAP.
  • Execute supply chain activities in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee logistics operations, adhering to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Certification in supply chain management or related field is beneficial.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
  • Proficiency in forecasts, planning, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in GDP and GMP.
  • Agile thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Integrity and high ethical standards.
  • Team collaboration and respect for diverse perspectives.
  • Results-oriented and accountable.
  • Familiarity with SAP By Design and strong MS Office skills.
