Be the vital link between breakthrough science and patient care. Our client is on the hunt for a dedicated and passionate Manager to orchestrate seamless global delivery of investigational medicines, ensuring every dose reaches the right place at the right time!

Proclinical is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for Planning & Systems to join our client's European Supply Chain team. In this role, you will ensure product availability through effective demand and supply planning. You will manage procurement, manufacturing, and delivery processes across Europe and Japan, while also enhancing the systems used in these operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing demand and supply planning using Oracle and MS Office applications.
  • Coordinate packaging production for Europe and Japan.
  • Manage replenishments of specific products from Northern Ireland to Japan.
  • Oversee artwork file updates for packaging campaigns.
  • Maintain serialization licenses with local authorities.
  • Prepare content for monthly global S&OP meetings.
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing for various systems.
  • Provide supply chain deliverables for SOX/finance reporting.
  • Organize and archive documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Support artwork management and development for relevant products.
  • Act as a backup for other duties within the supply chain team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in commercial supply chain activities.
  • Degree level education or higher vocational training.
  • Fluent in English with strong MS Office skills.
  • High accuracy and numeracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a small team environment.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Minimal travel required, primarily for team meetings.
