Proclinical is seeking a Supply Chain Clerk for a contract role based in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving production schedules, ensuring alignment with labor, asset capacities, and material availability. You will also play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing materials, and supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve production schedules, ensuring accuracy and communication across departments.
- Create schedules that respect labor and asset capacities while aligning with material availability.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day operational scheduling within an 8-week horizon, balancing resources effectively.
- Coordinate API and raw material deliveries from the warehouse to production lines as per manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure accurate consumption of materials by manufacturing and timely posting in all systems.
- Reorder materials in case of damage or urgent needs.
- Report labor hours and machine usage to process orders in the ERP system.
- Reflect short-term changes in the schedule and generate KPIs to identify trends or root causes of inefficiencies.
- Monitor production data, including volumes, raw material consumption, and quality control measures, to support continuous improvement activities.
- Oversee incoming purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and take action if delays occur.
- Manage QC raw material release processes to meet production needs.
- Allocate material lots to production orders under FEFO principles while respecting customer quality requirements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong ability to influence supply chain and functional leaders to optimize production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve planning challenges through prioritization and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with production scheduling systems and SAP PP/EWM-WM for material planning and inventory management.
- Knowledge of bioscience products, Bills of Materials (BOMs), operations routings, and material flow requirements is preferred.
- Familiarity with GMP environments and compliance requirements.
- Ability to use Business Intelligence systems for data extraction and report generation.
