Proclinical are recruiting for a Strategic Pricing Manager to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable the pricing approval procedure through clear presentation of pricing methods to internal shareholders.
  • Supervising the developing UK pricing landscape and competitor action to assess their impact on the company's commercial position and adjust the method accordingly.
  • Collaborate with government affairs to notify the plan for pipeline assets via novel pricing approaches and methods.
  • Guide the development, approval and execution of patient access schemes, commercial access agreements and any other pricing agreements.
  • Arrange the supply chain to guarantee the feasibility and execution of pricing policies.
  • Supervise both internal and external pricing reporting needs and notifications, in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a maths, economics, or similar quantitative discipline.
  • A postgrad qualification within finance or health economics would be ideal.
  • Familiarity with assuming detailed and multifaceted analysis.
  • Expertise on the UK pricing landscape for medicines.
  • Capable of working within a multifaceted matrix setting.
  • Able to manage own time efficiently while working under pressure.
