Proclinical is seeking a Specialist in Cyber Security to manage cyber risk and ensure compliance. This role focuses on implementing risk treatments, developing measures for risk reduction, and creating awareness for cyber security. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and assuring safety tests, reviewing existing platforms for best practices, and participating in the evolution of security architectures. Additionally, this role will support application projects to implement a "secure-by-design" strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Manage cyber risk and meet compliance requirements.
- Implement risk treatments and develop measures for risk reduction.
- Organize and conduct assessments for risk identification.
- Create awareness for cyber security.
- Define and assure safety tests to verify the effectiveness of security measures.
- Review existing platforms for the application of cyber security best practices and guidelines.
- Actively participate in the evolution of security architectures and assess their impact on security and compliance.
- Support and participate in application projects to implement a "secure-by-design" strategy.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- University degree and specialist knowledge or further training in cyber security.
- Experience in creating security policies and concepts.
- Knowledge of cyber and information security standards (e.g., NIST, IKS, OWASP SAMM, BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO2700x) and network security, network zones, cloud connectivity, and application security.
- Experience in risk management and practical experience in implementing Information Security Risk Assessments in accordance with ISO/IEC Series 27005 and/or ISO/IEC 31000.
- Certification such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
- Proficiency in German and English; advanced knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Experience in the energy industry is an advantage.
