Proclinical are seeking a dedicated Snr Clinical Trial/ Program Manager to accelerate the initiation and execution of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) clinical trials within one of our London based biotech clients.

Responsibilities:

- Streamline the clinical trial initiation process, working collaboratively with ATTCs, industry partners, and NHS stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to improve the efficiency of ATMP clinical trial execution.
- Engage with clinical trial stakeholders to drive alignment and cooperation, ensuring smooth clinical trial execution.
- Managing Phase I-III ATMPs clinical trials

Requirements:

- Proven experience in clinical trial management and acceleration (3 to 5 years of experience at CTM level)
- Experience of working in the NHS/ academia would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethics committee processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pragmatic and practical approach to problem-solving.
- BSc, MSc or PhD education
- Willing to be office based in central London 3 to 4 days per week
- Knowledge/ experience of working in advanced/ cell/ gene therapies would be a strong preference.
