Proclinical is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate to support supply-demand balancing processes and ensure optimal resource allocation for customer satisfaction across the UK and ROI. This role involves coordinating capacity forecasts, planning execution, and contributing to strategic business goals. The position offers flexibility with a mix of office-based and remote work, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor demand and supply using digital tools, addressing exceptions and imbalances proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supply issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support weekly demand-supply balance meetings by providing insights and enabling effective decision-making.
  • Maintain data accuracy and efficiency in inventory management systems.
  • Develop communication strategies within the technical services organization.
  • Plan day-to-day resources, ensuring timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage mid-to-long-term demand planning, supporting proactive service activities and capacity forecasting.
  • Ensure adherence to inventory management guidelines and respond to global supply chain changes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and participate in implementations.
  • Escalate and resolve issues related to demand planning and organizational practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in demand planning or similar functions is desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP ERP or CRM is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of UK and Irish geography is advantageous.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a customer-centric setting.
  • Capability to produce management information reports when required.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
