Proclinical is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate to join a dynamic team in the UK on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating supply-demand processes to ensure optimal resource allocation and customer satisfaction. You will support capacity forecasting and planning execution to align with strategic business goals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while contributing to impactful service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor demand and supply of service activities using digital tools and systems, addressing exceptions and imbalances proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supply issues and support weekly demand-supply balance meetings.
- Ensure data accuracy and efficiency in inventory management and maintain system data quality for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding demand planning requirements and updates.
- Plan and prioritize resources for short-term and mid-to-long-term demand planning, including installations, de-installations, and relocations.
- Support inventory management to ensure appropriate stock levels and respond to global supply chain changes.
- Escalate and resolve issues related to demand planning inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
- Develop skills and knowledge through active participation in team and departmental activities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in demand planning or a similar function is desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and enterprise information systems such as SAP ERP.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of UK and Irish geography and experience in a technology-driven or healthcare environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Commitment to following processes, protocols, and guidelines with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
